Appears to be Cracked Plating on the Reverse at the Letters A and T of States and Letter N of One. Extra plating under the Letter N? Any thoughts? Thanks.

Not cracked plating, not a plated Coin! Looks to be a planchet lamination crack/separation.

Or is it clear glue or another substance? Think door #2...

Actually it is a struck through debris twice on this coin. The weight should be a little more than normal.

Well that is strange. It doesn't look like it is worn that much. I can't see anywhere the coin lost some of the planchet?
