In this level of preservation, the mintmark becomes a "blob", so no great detail on the MM will remain. fengk Pillar of the Community United States 986 Posts	Posted 08/09/2008 7:35 pm If the hairlines are as evident in real life as they are in the picture, it may have some trouble slabbing at PCGS/NGC. What's throwing me off is the coin's nice color. It doesn't look as cleaned as the hairlines suggest. It's got a shot at VG8, but I'm a bit skeptical.
