Hi I ran across this dime in change not sure what it is.I took a photo with a reg dime with it to show the edge. Thank you for your input.

Looks like a fountain coin.

It didn't look like that when it was struck.

Just noticed a few times I've looked at Wexler's site for Roosevelt dime information on RPMs that only one year is shown:
