The picture is not good enough to say for sure, but it looks off a bit.

If you have it in hand I suggest taking it out of the bezel (it looks like you just unscrew it and the coin pops out), send an in-focus picture plus a weight.

If I had this coin I would be posting the best pictures possible, but unfortunately this is all the seller has.

Looks like a well circulated 1882 $5 gold piece that's been in that bezel for a while. I think it's genuine.
