Anyone know who's signature this is? For reference the medal is about 45mm and appears to be silver.

Thanks

The back looks like it has space for an inscription. My guess is that it is an unissued award for a dog show.

The medal is without a doubt French. Try asking this group on Facebook: French Exonumia - français paranumismatique.

@dar, I found another example on ebay (https://www.ebay.com/itm/283538706379). Nothing about the medalist, but the auction description states that the three dogs are a shepherd, a greyhound, and a pointer. It also confirms @alganbagerap's assertion that this is French in origin.
