I need to know what country it is from. I think it reads most likely 132 or maybe 122 in Arabic. I can't find it my Krause world coin catalogs yet. Any info would help, thanks. Also looking for information on a grade and value.

@ct97, sorry not a coin, but I think rather an imitation Algerian (Ottoman) medal. We see several of these a year and when they have been holed, we call them Belly Dancer tokens.
