The green color could be copper stains from water if this nickel spent time in a fountain (with a cent or a dime partially covering it).

A Penny Does fit the Ring around the coin&
But what about down by the Initials "FS" next picture shows what looks to me a lot like "Liberty" Compare the 14th picture with this #129488;& 🤷

It could have been glued to another coin. We see that a lot here. The intials will be incuse instead of raised if it was glued.
