Was was wondering which mint mark it would be?...and would this coin actually have a second mint mark just below Lincolns tie? I was thinking that first one didn't go well so the second one was struck..any thoughts?

to CCF. It is from the Philly mint, what you are seeing is a plating issue not a mint mark.

I'm thinking this one had a pin pierce the plating and if the true color was there, you would see gray in the center like a dot. The zinc got air and started to rise like rust on a vehicle back east and eventually the rot rises, then falls. Eventually leaving a creator.
