Good evening,
this morning in the backyard,
after the flood of the night I found a coin.
I thought some of us had fallen, but then I saw it was very oxidized and the reliefs are worn out.
I'm not an expert, so searching online I found no answer and no match for the bronze color.
Can anyone tell me something please?
mine is pure curiosity

Thank you
Alice

@aliss, first welcome to CCF. Second, while I agree with @john1 that this is just environmental exposure, you could weigh the coin to confirm that it is within mint spec.

forgive me, English is not my native language and I probably explained myself wrong.
I meant that the currency is damaged by environmental conditions is clearly seen.
I just wanted information on what coin it was, if it's collectible, if it has or will have a value because I can't find feedback online.
thank you Again

As you state in the title of your post, it is a 1983 P Roosevelt dime. Still in circulation so just worth face value.

Alice, this poor dime has environmental post mint damage, and thus, no value above it's face 10 cents. You were unable to find information on the internet because there is nothing unusual about it. It is not a collectible coin, sorry. The good news is you can still spend it!

to the CCF! I hope you'll stick around as we need more women here!
