To me it looks like a lam in the feathers with circulation damage on the rim in a couple places plus the tops of T and S in CENTS.

Yep, definitely a lamination (the nickel to me also grades around an AG-3). Also has a rim gouge, or PMD there.

Is that bump on the left front leg an embedded die chip? Kind of looks like a soder mark
