I probably need to throw this one back, but it just seems to have a rather odd look about it. The mint mark looks like it could be re-punched. What do you say, Wishful Thinking?

Not seeing anything, just looks like a normal D mint mark to me.

@haii, sorry but I'm not seeing an RPM on this either. Here is a link to the varietyvista page on '60-D RPMs so that you can make a comparison yourself:

In the last three pictures, it looked a little odd just under the ear at the back of the collar, just thought someone would recognize something that I didn't know about.
