To me, it looks like this coin was removed from a mount.

I found it along with a 96 o; the o was very obviously in a mount. So I think these were both mounted at one point.

I am at F-15 on condition. So is that some solder on the obverse rim image at the six o clock area?

Looks more like a rim bruise to me, but hard to know for sure from these pics.

I don't see any signs of mounting. VG-10 details, rim bumps.
