Yeah so I totally forgot I had this 2005 D nickel. Is there anything special about it? Looks to be in really good condition but that's all I know. Did some research but curious what you all think. Thank you.

There is one major variety involved with this coin, and that is specifically the speared bison die gouge which would be fairly valuable. I don't see that on your coin though, but this coin does appear uncirculated.
I too am kinda seeking one of those myself

I read about the speared buffalo...would have been nice to have! Nothing specific I was looking for answers for, I haven't come across anymore than this one.... is that a die chip on his nose? Or is it called something else?

That little bump on his nose between the eyes might be a die chip.

Awfully small for a die chip IMO. I think it's a plating bubble. No big deal though.
