Yes, certainly the coat of arms does, though it looks like someone was playing with dominoes when they designed it. There is a definite paucity of issuing authority text or monogram symbol on this coin. I hadn't thought of that. Apparently the R C on the reverse stands for Regio Coniatore — the Mint Director who oversaw production at the Naples mint.
