If you increase the size that much, you are sure to find all sorts of minor anomolies. A grading company only uses a 5X mag. Also RPM's and DD are varieties, not errors, big difference. The eye on yours appears to be a die scratch and not a doubled eyelid. Yours is linear vs. oval in shape. Maybe help us by pinpointing where you see the doubling on the motto.
