Wow - 3 great coins, congratulations.  I agree that your original photo of the 1889-CC Morgan makes it look way overgraded. Your 2nd set of photos helps clarify, but still maybe a bit overgraded. Perhaps it received a key date boost. |

Well, all I can say is that I showed it to a lot of different people at the coin show after I purchased it, and every single one who saw it in hand agreed that it was graded correctly.

Very impressive acquisitions, I'm impressed. Thanks for sharing. The dime has me scratching my head, with no mention of the markings/graffiti?

I agree...until you posted new picks of the 89-CC I thought WAY over graded. I think EF-40 is right on! I have no reply for the 1/2 dime...way out of my wheelhouse. But...the 1877 IHC! What The Who The! Incredable! Great pick-up's! Congrats and Thanks for sharing! smat |

By the way, talking about trading quantity for quality! The '89-CC pictures are much better in showing the coin details and overall condition . What I like about the 1795 is its reflection of the primitive methods used for minting coins back then. I can just imagine the worker filing, weighing, and back again until it was just right. |
