@leg, first welcome to CCF. Second, please give us a little more information about what you are seeing with the coin in hand. From this one picture, I'm not seeing anything specific that looks like a mint error. Also, please include a picture of both sides of the coin. Thx!

Always include a photo of both sides of a coin and give some
information about what you want to know. All I can tell from
the photo supplied is that it is a common 1969S cent that had
over 544 million struck.

We need much more information plus an image of the reverse side.
The only thing I see of note is a small Rim Fin from a possible MAD strike.
