Row 1 coin 3: Not too sure; I think it might be a temple token, but I'd need to see the other side to be sure.
Row 1 coin 4: Kushan Empire, copper unit in the name of king Vima Takha (Soter Megas), circa 100 AD.
Row 1 coin 6, 7 and Row 3 coin 6: These are all billon (base-silver) coins from the Sultanate of Dehli, dating from sometime in the period 1400-1500. I'd need better pics of both sides for a more thorough ID.
As for a fair price for the whole lot: I'd think US$30 to $40 would be reasonable.
