It appears to be a fine-very fine under the heavy damage. Early years are fun to find. I put some like this into circulation locally , hoping to stir up some interest. BrokaToe Valued Member United States 175 Posts	Posted 06/27/2011 11:49 pm Yes, the "shine" was probably caused from Heavy Buffing with a Dremel Rotary Tool or something, plus the odd color is probably caused from a cleaner of some sort that was added pre-buffing.
