Definate signs of rub on the coin. Look at the obverse high point, the forehead and the reverse planters at the sides of the steps and the cornice. Also, as Tim pointed out, the rims are dark and slightly beat up.

I'm happy with the grade. It could of been a lot worse! I was dreading the XF and hoping for the 55 :)
