Hello and welcome.  The Indian rupee is supposed to have the portrait of the British king-emperor on the back. If it has that Arabic/Persian word instead, then this coin is either a replica, or the king's portrait has been ground off and this design engraved onto it post-mint. The "Pei Yang" coin is a Chinese dollar. These coins have been heavily counterfeited for years, so we'd need better pictures and, if possible, a weight to the nearest 0.1 gram. You might also want to test it with a magnet and see if it sticks; if it does, it's definitely a fake. Don't say "infinitely" when you mean "very"; otherwise, you'll have no word left when you want to talk about something really infinite. - C. S. Lewis

so than the rupee is not worth anything? and the pei yang dosent stick to a magnet but I dont have anything to weigh it with

Weight should be 26.89 grams, yours is a little lite, but the shops balance could be a little off.

Well, the weight's right (book weight for this coin is 26.7 grams), so it might be genuine - or at least, a higher-quality counterfeit. The formal ID of your coin is "China, Chihli Province, Pei Yang Arsenal mint, 1 dollar, Year 29 (which converts to 1903 AD). Krause catalogue reference: KM/Y# 73. Here's the NGC page for your coin. It's hard to judge the condition of yours from the pic, but it's looking like it would be worth somewhere around $50 to $100.
