Nice for an AU58

Scratches on reverse.
cleaned but not completely
wear on high spots of breast and hair

Takes an active imagination and a blind eye to get MS 67 out of that coin

Deffinitly to many hits to make an MS grade. I agree w/ AU.

To the sellers credit they are not bragging about the grade. Ya think the seller knows

In my opinion this is way to much bragging "1885-P "BRILLIANT" Morgan silver dollar US rare Coin Key date BU/MS fresh f roll" as it definitely isn't anything they have stated it is. Its not Brilliant, its not BU/MS. ebay doesn't allow the use of the grade in the title unless its it was graded by one of the top TPG's and I believe they do not even allow it in the description

This was true a few years back, but today ebay does not enforce this.

You can use basic letter grading(G, VG, F, VF, etc) in a title for a raw coin but you cannot attach a specific Sheldon number to it unless the coin is certified. You can still list a numerical grade in the body of the auction though.

This coin really isn't bad for a MS67 grade if NNC uses a 100 point grading system and the grader graded this in his backyard on a moonless night...

Seller seems a bit confused. This is slabbed at MS67, but he calls it "BU" in the auction title:

They're enforcing the "grade in title" part - I regularly get auctions removed for this offense.
