I've always wanted one of the "funny" back notes, so I picked this one up. Fold in the center, great color, otherwise circulated.

Nice funnyback, looks way nicer than the scrappy one I have.

Had a lucky streak on ebay with throwing in lowish bids on notes I don't have a type of and actually ending up winning...a few things have come in...

Nice pickups of some types. I like seeing the older note designs.

Cool pickups peteramadeus, you can usually get a bargain at notes in VF on ebay.
I've never seen that New Orleans five dollar before, unique reverse design for sure.

The national $20 reminds me of a consecutive choice CU pack of $20 1929s I saw on auction once, was drooling all over it.

Yeah the Canal Bank notes are very common in the unissued state this one is in, they're pretty inexpensive and have pretty great designs. Think I'm gonna put together a set.

The crease in the national is pretty strong but they only printed a tad over a million of em so I figured it was still worth picking up.

An uncommon star note, completes my small size S.C. type star notes (I don't have a 1933 $10 S.C. star, and I don't know if they even exist)

Some Numerical FRN $5s that I couldn't resist.

Woodford, Nice pickups and thanks for sharing. Glad to hear you completed your $10 SC star type set. And that is certainly a nice 28A $5 with a 63EPQ! Well done.

yogurt, Nice pickup as well. I like those old early SCs.

Cool pickups peteramadeus, the 1899 S.C. $1 has some nice eye appeal. the 1917 $1 still has vivid color in the front despite the many folds but the reverse looks a bit muted to me.
Not sure if that was just your scanner or how the note actually is.

Hajduk, that National is a true beauty. Do you collect nationals of a certain state or just whatever comes your way and you happen to like?
Yogurt, nice Numerical $10 FRN! I love Numericals, my favorite of all small size notes.
