I picked up a 4x objective from microscopenet for $24.95 not really knowing what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised with the performance. I did a quick stack of my 1921 Morgan dollar to show basic performance. Not too bad for $25, but it does require a RMS adapter to whatever you're shooting. Working distance was about 17mm:
