I spent $3 in dollar coins to buy a gallon of milk from a convenience store. Then, I spent $2 in dollar coins to complement $7 in bills to buy some orange juice and a 4-pack of Izze grapefruit drinks, so that makes a total of $5 in coins.

I gave a half at the dry-cleaner's today.

I was at a burger place the other night & somebody paid with $10 in halves, but I'm not going to count his contribution here.

Just spent four halves to buy two Arizona teas. Lady grabbed the manger because she didn't believe that they were "real" money. I asked what real money was and she said "you know the paper money" I didn't want to jump into the whole federal reserve deal like my grandpa does though hahaha.
