Looking at the 9 I guess large.
7 looks flat on the bottom. Looks lower than 0

Looks like a large to me, try to get a close up shot of just the date and mint mark. Also, this link may answer your question better than I could:

I love how these are daily posts. Although I hope to post one myself someday! Still looking for my small date! Also havin a heck of a time finding my 1960 and 1960d small dates.
