ok thanks is a misstrike or off center a rare error in a 1925 farthing ?

Its my understanding that misstrikes or off center strikes are usually random. Yours only appears to be a little out. I have no idea about how often they occur in british coins or the value attached to such a coin but I would imagine its not very much as the error isn't very severe.
