I don't collect this series, but I liked the look of this one. How would you grade it? This one is in an older, smaller ANACS slab.

Too late for an unbiased opinion but I think the coin is a bit overgraded at VF-30. For most Walkers there should be a complete outline to the breastplate for any VF grade. Maybe standards are different for this first year of issue. It does have very strong rims and date plus excellent original crusty toning and nice head detail. Maybe these positive features pleased the graders and they rewarded it with a higher grade. Overall it resembles a 1920-D in my collection which PCGS called F-15.

Very nice, appealing circulated coin in any case!

I think the tpgs treat the earlier WLH a little less strict about the left breast outline.Ive been studying 21's lately and it seems the vf35's dont completely have it.And on that date that is when it gets pricey.
