What do you think NGC graded this one?

At first glance, AU+ wouldn't be out of line. But with all the contact marks, I could see it as low as a 45. And it might be the lightning, but it looks to have an old cleaning. I might be too harsh, but PCGS has been too harsh for me on pieces like this lately.
I still like the coin a lot and would love to own it.

Slight wear on the high points indicates an AU grade, probably AU-55. The uniform tan-gold color and lack of strong luster traces suggest an old cleaning which has re-toned. Nice coin for sure, but surfaces don't look completely original to me.
