Because of the scratch on the cheek I would have to say it would be MS 63

MS-64 FSB. Nice strike. Good definition in the details. Good luster and no major bag marks or scratches.

MS-64 I agree with the technical grade opinion of Irish,, although the pureist would have a problem with the FSB designation due to the hits on the bands and the lower band being slightly flat.
