Found this just now. A rotated reverse, a grease filled "I" and possibly a strike thru. (Click on pics to make larger)

I like the rotation....not sure what you mean by "struck through" unless you are inferring that the reverse was Struck Through Grease ? The grease filled I is actually a Struck Through Grease error too. Cool coin

Nah, the small round divit in front of the mouth... most likely PMD, who knows.

Nice find. I think I see something going on with the chin hairs....maybe a little scratch on the die? Maybe not. The coin is worn and I'm no expert.
