Judging by the serial number it was an uncut sheet. Someone cut it to look like an "error".

Thats what I was thinking, I got ripe off a few years ago and am still learning. Started going threw my coins and bills

Looks like it was cut from a full sheet////

People do this to sell "Errors" to unsuspecting collectors.
