No and seller is one of those people that probably think that anything old is worth gold

Even in CU it is only worth about $35+, so a definite no.

I wouldn't offer face value as the postage cost alone is more then any premium this note would have...
For $400.00 you can purchase some nice certified error notes, and if errors are not your thing, you could purchase a nice looking A/U series 1928 Gold Certificate, and still have a few bucks left over...

He seems to think that because it doesn't have "In God We Trust" on the back of the bill it's worth something.
I have no idea why he put $ 400. on it, maybe he wanted to keep it under $ 500. so it would sell

Guess he doesn't know that none of the 1950 series US currency have the In God logo.
