I've had 3 two dollar bills for a while now, in as good condition as you can get, and I was wondering if they were worth anything over 2 dollars?

Nope. Unless they're old or have interesting serial numbers.

What series and branch (first letter in the serial #) are they?

Do they have a star in the serial #?

Here are some general prices on them:

Interesting serial #s are ladders (going up or down in the individual #s), low #s (4 or 5 leading zeros), radars (like the word radar -- reads the same from left to right and vice versa), and year notes (last 4 digits are a year).

It really doesn't add any extra value, unless you can find the right collector that is willing to pay a premium for them. I'm not one of them. I don't see why it should add any extra value (maybe a few dollars at most), since all serial #s are unique for that series and branch.

I get a $200 brick every month or so from the bank. while most are 2003 series there is an occaisional 1995 brick. Id say about 80% of the time they are crisp uncirculated and sequential numbers.

One minute, there scanning. I found that it works really well to just put a coin or dolalr bill under the scanner.

If it is too much trouble to scan them, just list the serial #s (including starting and ending letters) and the series.

It is nice to see them though to get a feel for their grade.
