Hi all just wondering if any Canadian specialist out there could tell me if this is a date error coin .. and if so would there be a added value to the coin .. cheers

Charlton (66th Ed.) lists two obverse varieties, with only four known examples struck with the Q2 portrait. It gives no mention of double-date varieties, but there is some definite doubling on your piece!

Definately a double 18 and possibly double 7 as well. Looks like it on the lower right corner of the 7.

IMO the bottoms of the 1,8,and 7 appear incomplete and deformed not overpunched.

? what do you mean ? Mechanical Doubling ? not sure how you have "incomplete" numbers

I have now just overlaid both pictures of the date and this is how the numbers come together
