Here is another die break I found tonight. Pretty sure that's what it is. I'm slightly skeptical on the obverse, but pretty sure on the reverse.

On the reverse if it is raised it is a die gouge.

It is def raised on both sides. What is a die gouge? Wire brush on the die took out a chunk? I notice it tapers on each end of the mark.

It is an indent on the die. So any coin made by that die will have a raised spot where the die dent is.
