It's hard to tell from the pics. Is the a scratch on the obv. of the 21?

I can't say with absolute certainty but they all appear to be MS. The 1921 might be somewhere around MS-62/63. I would guess the 1902-O would make at least a MS-63 with a chance at 64. I like the nice frosty luster on that one!

I put the coin under a usb microscope and found these marks on it , they are not very big but they must reduce the grade
