I will go with AU-50 for the top one. In hand is that one as scratched up on the reverse as it appears to be or is it just the lighting?
I will go with EF-40 on the bottom one with maybe a cleaning.

These are nicely detailed first year examples. I don't think the lighting is doing the coins any favors though.

Drapery: AU53
No Drapery: XF40

Both appear lightly cleaned and re-toning. Rim bumps don't look bad enough to call it damage.

At the risk of being the odd man out I'll say EF-40 for the draped and VF-35 for the non-draped.

Would still look nice in my 7070!

I would thought that the with drapery would be a smidgen less than the without drapery in grade...what do I know?
