Mine has a regular Bonin Thiessen signature with an EGU prefix which has a $3-$5 value on its own. It was issued by Canada Post. My 2010 Charlton - Collector Issues Volume doesn't give a mintage but has a value of $10. I haven't seen them too often though and I paid $22.95 to get it. I think it was an ebay purchase.
