This is a rather nice example. Many people use the guide that if there isn't any detail missing, it isn't a mad, but this does not always apply as shown by your coin. You would think that being as off-set as it is, there would be more missing than just the field. Nice coin

you can call that 5% MAD. (even tho it is probably 4%)
