commems CCF Master Historian of USA Commemoratives United States 12307 Posts	Posted 02/27/2021 07:23 am I only have one coin in my collection that would come close to qualifying - a very nice XF-45 1937 Roanoke Colony Memorial commemorative half dollar that I acquired from fellow CCF'er nickelsearcher a few years back. (He had located a downgrade for his circulated US commemorative set!) To fully qualify, I believe it would need more contrast between the fields and devices. But, its a nice circulated coin from a series that wasn't intended for circulation, and it does have some cameo effect near the rims.
