I only have one coin in my collection that would come close to qualifying - a very nice XF-45 1937 Roanoke Colony Memorial commemorative half dollar that I acquired from fellow CCF'er nickelsearcher a few years back. (He had located a downgrade for his circulated US commemorative set!)

To fully qualify, I believe it would need more contrast between the fields and devices. But, its a nice circulated coin from a series that wasn't intended for circulation, and it does have some cameo effect near the rims.

The coin was issued to commemorate the 350th anniversary of Sir Walter Raleigh's colony attempt in present-day Manteo, NC and the birth of the first child born to parents of English descent in the New World - Virginia Dare.

I think this is the Pride of my collection, a Draped Bust Half Dime, even though low grade.

I'm no expert on this topic, but this 1891-O Morgan looks like it would qualify, right?
