My local coin shop has both the proof and uncirculated 2009 Lincoln Comm in OGP.

$55 for the Unc.

and

$50 for the proof

Are these reasonable prices?

I figure they paid someone not much if anything over spot, so I figure offering $90 for both isn't too bad? Am I off base?

I think you answered the wrong question.
Those prices are about normal, so not a super bargain but not bad price.

The "Greysheet" (a standard price sheet among coin dealers) lists the retail ("Ask") price of the BU Lincoln at $48 and the Proof Lincoln at $42. So, if you can get the pair for around $90-95, it would be a fair price.

Good luck!

I bought the proof Lincoln from my coin shop today for $40 so a little high but not bad I think you can talk them down from the $105 if your willing to buy both.

Thats a fair price from what I have seen
You can always offer him 5 bucks less on each one.
If he takes it then they would be a right decent buy.
I bought my Lincoln silver dollars and my chronicals set from the mint.
I do not remember the price, but think the dollars were in the 45 to 49 dollar range.
The set was a bit higher but dont recall the price.
