. . . or should I spend it? 2006 series, serial number starts with two 0's. I've never seen that before!

Most people want 4 leading 0 to be low if not 5

yep, has to have at least four 0's to be considered a low serial number. Since you have never seen a note with two 0's I figured I would show you a worn out bill I found in my wallet with 4. Its not worth anything in this condition but I think I am gonna keep it anyway just for the heck of it

Depending on the bill I also hold some serials that have 3 leading zero's too.
