I do not see any immediate problems, but photos are what they are.

Take your own photos when you get the coin. Make sure to get a some zooming in on the mint mark area, and at a couple of different angles. Post them here for us to give further opinion.

That being said, I would not worry too much.

I haven't taken the coin out of its 2X2 and these are the clearest most magnified pics I could manage. Does this change anybody's opinion. I have 14 days to get a refund.

Looks good to me. I see nothing that screams fake. If you want to allay any fears of the MM being attached, take some acetone on a qtip and soak the MM area. If it is on with super glue, the acetone will loosen it. But as I said, it looks good to me. I think you got a decent coin at a decent price.

I bought my 32D & 32S last tear. At first I thought my D was fake b/c under the microscope, it almost looked like there was a flat shelf at the base of the D and the entire D was surrounded by a circular area of patina that reminded me of heat being applied.

So I spent some time and did some research on the known-real S & D mint mark varieties by looking at large quality pics of PCGS and NGC slabbed 32D & 32S quarters from online auctions. I was amazed at the wide variety of legit mint marks. It also was not too long before some of the slabbed pics showed the one I had bought was legit. And it turned out my 32D had been cracked out of an NGC slab.

The coin you show in the pic looks legit to me.

Also - on a note of Chinese fakes:

I bought a 32D and 32S fake from China deliberately to educate myself about them. Since then I saw/handled another set. Both sets have "problems" around the top edge of the coin at the rims. The fake rims around the circumference of the psuedo-quarters just are not even.

The rims on yours look good and not at all like the fakes. I will try to get some pics posted - card reader acting up though.
