Just Some Quick Help With Grading? (1 Chervonetz 1926)

Ark Valued Member Australia 192 Posts	Posted 02/03/2013 01:42 am Hopefully I'm not becoming tedious with my recent posts but I was hoping someone could help me grade this note. I bought it about 6 months ago but only recently while looking through the Krause catalog did I see that this note is actually some-what rare, being worth $20 in even VG. I know that sounds like nothing but as I am a 'collector on a budget' that's pretty good considering I bought it for only $5. The paper itself is in Fine condition but that stain at the bottom is what has made grading this difficult for me.
