Looking closer at the designs, the motto at the bottom of mine should probably be removed or replaced as it seems redundant to have it on both sides.

Sounds like a good spot for a date then.

Wouldn't putting the date on it limit the usefulness of the die for subsequent years, & isn't the creation of the die the majority of the cost?

It has the established on year the motto I think does bear repeating on both sides I will look into the edge lettering of this year if people are really interested in having this years date on it. I did not intend this the be a yearly thing but I'll wait and see if it is a success. if it is I will consider a yearly design I am swamped at the moment with with work issues but I should have all the quotes back in a week or two and establish a final price. Once that confirmed I take pre orders. All who order and pay before the minting will get it shipped for free any orders after the minting will be shipping additional. Don't post here asking to place an order I'll get with the mods and see about setting up a thread for the purpose once everything else is in place. I want to have this completed by the ANA show in August.

Hang on...
#17 had 10 votes #16 and #18 (which were inadvertantly posted as the same design twice) had 12 votes. Therefore it looks like 16/18 wins the reverse, correct?

Folks, I reply with the utmost humility. I'm not even going to complain about the fact that I was "competing against myself" with preliminary designs that shouldn't have even been in the contest (Reverses #3 and 4). But, facts are facts and there is no disputing that Reverses #16 and 18 are 100% identical and therefore there is no way they could be seen as competing designs. Below are the voting results, which I tallied three times to ensure no errors. Sincere apologies to noah, but the 16/18 world motif is the clear winner of the Reverse contest... nohope, I trust you'll make the correction as the people have spoken through their votes. For the next step, we should probably work together to replace the year of establishment from one of the sides and put something else in its place. I'll gladly provide higher resolution images to you, nohope, to submit to the die maker.
