My bank doesn't orde $2 bills or $1 coins... Hard for me to get in but since I dropped my pocket $2 United states note in public somewhere, does it count? I miss that red seal...

A $2 bill is a $2 bill, so I'd count it (I also spent worn $2 USN myself when I could still find them often at banks back in 2010-11).
