It appears someone wanted to pass this 20 cent piece as a 25 cent piece, so they obliterated the 20. But they didn't stop there.

Looks like someone didn't realize what they had! Look closely at the date, it's the re-engraved "5" variety!

Yes to the re-punched 5--Give it $15 + $50 for the 5, less $10 for the missing 20 = $55. (:0)
