I discovered this while sorting my 1970's pennies into separate years. It appears to be a clipped planchet, a first for me!

Thanks guys! I was quite shocked to stumble across it since I missed it when I was sorting the coins into decades. Now they're being divided into years and I have quite a few 1977, 1978, & 1979 rolls filled with more to come. Wish me luck!
