Presidential Proofs For Pocket Change

cbarnes1981 New Member United States 2 Posts	Posted 05/29/2013 1:55 pm Hi, I had someone give me $17 in Presidential Proofs for change. They have no wear and tear which leads me to believe that they raided their coin collection for pocket change. They have no value towards my collection and I was wondering what should I do with them? The edges are a little more ridged and it has a distinct finish(glossy for the background and 'etched' facial features. Plus a friend recognized them as proofs. Report this Post to the Staff

Nice score. I'd pay $2 a piece hypothetically. I'm a sucker for Presidential dollars. especially proofs. assuming they are not circulated, if the proofs were circulated id probably only do face for them. maybe 1.25 if I liked them a lot. this is all just my opinion and what i'd pay.
